To initiate a warranty claim or return request, use Chatbot or send an email to support@clevercharge.com. A support representative will reach out to begin the return process.

Our return support team will work with you to personally handle your return case, ensuring all requirements per our return policies are met.

Return Your CleverCharge

Our team will provide instructions on how best to return your device. If device is in warranty and policy requirements are met, a return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
