Danlaw Inc. (“Danlaw”) provides an electronic vehicle charging solution for home and business users. It includes an intelligent charging hardware device and an online service for controlling the charging functions of the device that is accessible locally on a network and remotely through the Internet via a website and a mobile application.

This statement of limited warranty applies to the intelligent charging hardware device and related accessories (“Equipment”) provided by Danlaw.

1. OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE. ALTHOUGH THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS IN YOUR JURISDICTION. THIS STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS THAT APPLY TO YOU AND THE EQUIPMENT. PLEASE REVIEW THE LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION TO UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS FULLY.

2. Who is Covered by Danlaw’s Limited Warranty. This statement of limited warranty covers users of the Equipment—either individuals who purchased Equipment from Danlaw or one of its authorized resellers or distributors, or who received Equipment as a gift from such a purchaser.

3. Limited Warranty Coverage. For a period of three (3) years from the date of your purchase, Danlaw warrants that the Equipment shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

4. Warranty Benefits. If, during the applicable warranty period, the user returns defective Equipment to Danlaw, accompanied by Danlaw’s return authorization form, and Danlaw’s examination of such Equipment discloses to Danlaw’s satisfaction that such products are defective and such defects are not caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair, improper testing, accident, natural disaster, or use contrary to any instructions issued by Danlaw, Danlaw shall, at its sole option, either repair, replace, or refund to the user the lesser of the standard retail purchase price of such Equipment or the purchase price you paid as shown on your proof of purchase. No Equipment may be returned to Danlaw without Danlaw’s returned authorization form.

5. Obtaining Limited Warranty Service. For warranty service, contact Danlaw for shipping instructions and a return authorization form at TBD!!@Danlaw.com. Please ship the Equipment to Danlaw with proof of purchase, which is required to obtain repairs, replacement, or refunds under this statement of limited warranty. The user will need to pay for shipment of the Equipment to Danlaw. Danlaw will pay for the shipment of any repaired or replacement Equipment.

6. Sole and Exclusive Warranty. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY CONSTITUTES DANLAW’S EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY, AND THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE USER, FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER NONCONFORMITY OF THE EQUIPMENT COVERED BY THIS STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. NO EMPLOYEE OF DANLAW OR ANY OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY IN ADDITION TO THE WARRANTY IN THIS STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED ABOVE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DANLAW PROVIDES THE EQUIPMENT “AS IS,” DANLAW MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, AND DANLAW HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.

8. Limitations of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER SHALL DANLAW OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF DANLAW OR ONE OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES. EXCEPT AS COVERED BY THIS STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY, DANLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LABOR, INSTALLATION, OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY THE USER AND, IN PARTICULAR, ANY COSTS RELATING TO THE REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DANLAW’S LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO, IN WHOLE OR

IN PART, THIS STATEMENT OF WARRANTY OR THE EQUIPMENT, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE USER FOR THE EQUIPMENT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF DAMAGES SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, SOME EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage. The warranty in this statement of limited warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, repair, improper testing, accident, natural disaster, or use contrary to any instructions issued by Danlaw.
